Inverclyde HSCP Housing Options and Homelessness Advice Service

If you are homeless, or are likely to become homeless within the next 2 months, we offer a drop-in service where you can discuss your housing situation with a member of staff. A housing options interview will discuss your circumstances. If you want to proceed with a homeless application, a Homeless Assessment Officer will help you with this process. We will provide temporary accommodation if required.

The Service is open 24 hours, 7 days per week.

We operate a duty Housing Options and Homelessness Advice Service by telephone initially and can arrange a subsequent appointment if required. Please contact Tel: 01475 715378 if you require to speak to the Duty Officer during the undernoted hours -

Mon-Thurs - 08.40-16.45
Fri - 08.40-16.00

Outwith these hours please contact 01475 715880 for assistance. The out-of-hours number is fully staffed outwith the hours of duty.
